DW-0.3 The Divine Watch

A declaration of the duty, structure, and calling of those who stand watch in service to God.

The Divine Watch is the body entrusted with vigilance over the order of life established by the Creator.

Throughout history societies have depended upon watchmen. They remain alert when others sleep,
guard what is sacred, and ensure that what has been entrusted to them is not corrupted or neglected.

The Divine Watch exists according to this same principle in the spiritual life of humanity.

Its purpose is not domination, nor the creation of another institution seeking power. Instead it exists
to encourage reverence toward God, restore moral order, and support those who seek to live faithfully
according to the will of the Creator.

The authority of the Watch does not arise from position or title, but from the willingness of its
members to live in obedience to God and to serve faithfully where vigilance is required.

The Divine Watch forms part of a wider structure known as the Four Temples.

These temples represent the disciplines through which a person restores the body, orders the
mind, and aligns the soul with the natural order established by God. Each temple prepares
the individual for greater responsibility and deeper understanding.

At the foundation of this work stands FFortitude, through which individuals restore strength,
health, discipline, and clarity of mind.

From this foundation the path continues through the Four Temples, where the individual learns
to align their life more closely with the order of creation.

Within this structure the Divine Watch stands as the active duty wing of that order.

If the temples restore the individual, the Watch carries that restoration into the world.
Watchmen therefore serve not only their own transformation, but the protection and
encouragement of the wider community.

The Watch governs its conduct according to the teachings preserved by those who came
before, so that the work may remain faithful for those who follow after.

In this way the Divine Watch operates as part of the wider mission of the FFortitude Group
and the emerging Kingdom of Godsmen, where men and women seek once more to live in
alignment with the Creator and the natural order of life.

The work of the Watch takes many forms. Some restore health and strength through the
disciplines taught within FFortitude. Others defend the integrity of worship and the moral
foundations of society. Others provide practical support so that the work of
restoration may continue.

All of these efforts share a single aim:

To see humanity return to the order of God.

The Divine Watch therefore exists both as a calling and a responsibility.

Those who feel drawn toward this work may begin by learning the principles contained
within the public covenants. Those who continue further enter a path of discipline,
service, and personal restoration.

For the Watch is not merely an organisation.

It is a commitment to remain vigilant in a world that too often forgets the Creator.

The watch is kept so that the light of truth is never lost.
